Meeting opened at 6:30 PM, approved previous months minutes.
Mike Kulig representing Wildwood Property Owners Association. WOPA has a couple of small projects bunched together on a Notice of Intent. Shed Enclosure, Road regrading/resurfacing, drainage associated with road to maintanence building. Drainage re routing on Lakeside Beach, and tree removal. Both projects were approved with conditions.
Erin Kirchner representing Mark and Jill Burns on Lands End Dr. The Burn’s wish to replace siding on their boathouse, and replace decking on their dock and boathouse.
Both projects were approved with conditions. Project will begin at drawdown.
Other business:
Discussed Rosen property, and draw down of Cranberry Pond.
